Memorial Floral Preservation Process
Your Memorial Floral Preservation Journey
Preserving the flowers connected to someone you love is a meaningful process, and I
want you to feel supported every step of the way. Here's exactly what to expect.
1. Choose your design
Browse my floral preservation pieces and decide which size, shape, and style feels right for your flowers.
2. Place your order & deposit
A $100 nonrefundable deposit secures your order and begins the process. This deposit reflects the time and materials dedicated to your piece from the very start.
3. Receive flower-shipping instructions
Once your deposit is received, I will send you clear, simple instructions for safely packaging and shipping your flowers or keepsakes to me.
4. Send your flowers/items
Package and ship your flowers following my guide, so they arrive to me in the best possible condition.
5. Flowers are prepared
Your flowers are carefully prepared and begin the drying process — an essential step for a lasting, beautiful result.
6. Your design is created
Once fully prepared, your flowers are thoughtfully arranged into the piece you selected.
7. Resin curing & finishing
Your piece is cast in resin and given the time it needs to properly cure — this can't be rushed if it's to last a lifetime.
8. Final balance is invoiced
Once your piece is complete, I will invoice you for the remaining balance.
9. Final inspection
Every piece is carefully inspected by hand before it leaves my studio.
10. Your keepsake comes home
Your finished piece ships to you, carefully packaged, ready to be treasured.
Estimated completion time: 8–10 weeks from the time I receive your flowers/items. Timing can vary based on flower condition, drying requirements, resin curing, design complexity, and the number of pieces being created — I will keep you updated throughout.
